Overview: 
Easyship is a logistics company that provides delivery services for individual consumers to global e-commerce companies. The goal of this project is to redesign the Shipping Rule page in order to enhance the user experience. 
This project was a collaboration between Easyship and the Xccelerate Team of me, Rosita Lee, Cici Szeto, Edyth Wong and Amanda Leung. 
Duration: 
3.5 weeks (Jan - Fed, 2022)
DESIGN BRIEF
By using the shipping rule allows users to automate the shipping experience. When a certain condition is met, a certain action will be taken to fulfil the command. 
Problem Statment: 
• Shipping Rule is one of the most valuable features of Easyship
• Current design is dated and not intuitive to use

•  Revamp the Shipping Rules page
•  User friendly and intuitive
DESIGN PROCESS
Methodology:
Interviews, usability tests and competitor analysis are conducted in the UX research of this project.
